Michael - I know this is an old post, but I have a question for you. Do you "resell" any of your on hold messaging as "ad space"? We work with many vendors that would be interested in being featured during hold times for our call center. I'm interested in finding out how much the market bears for a spot. Obviously there are a number of variables to consider... inbound call volume, average hold time, length of audio spot, etc. but I'm trying to get some benchmarks and the on hold companies I've talked to don't have that information. Can you help?
